A transnational project meeting in Kraków brought together training professionals and organizational leaders to explore innovative learning approaches, including the use of virtual reality (VR) in education. Alongside the main training activities, the event also created an opportunity to introduce the ESG4PMChange project to a highly relevant international audience.

Advancing Training Through VR Technology
The meeting focused on equipping partner organizations with the skills and tools needed to implement a VR-based training solution developed within another project initiative. Participants were trained to independently use this technology in their own educational environments, supporting future delivery of immersive learning experiences.
As part of the sessions, selected applications were demonstrated, including solutions addressing ESG-related topics, showcasing how emerging technologies can support sustainability-oriented learning.

Introducing ESG4PMChange to Key Stakeholders
While not primarily a dissemination event, the meeting provided a valuable platform to present the ESG4PMChange project and its core objectives.
Participants were introduced to:
- the project’s focus on integrating ESG principles into project management education
- its relevance for training providers and organizations involved in capacity building
- opportunities to follow and potentially apply future project results
This informal dissemination approach helped position ESG4PMChange within a broader ecosystem of innovation in education and training.
Targeting a Strategic Audience
The event gathered representatives from training institutions and companies across Cyprus, Poland, and Italy, including:
- managers and directors
- company owners
- professionals involved in vocational education and training (VET)
As key decision-makers in their organizations, participants represent a strategically important audience for future uptake and application of ESG4PMChange results.
Positive Interest and Future Potential
Participants expressed interest in the project’s concept and its potential relevance for their work. Although project results were not yet available at the time, the presence of organizations already engaged in ESG-related initiatives suggests strong potential for future collaboration and impact.
Visibility Within a Broader Innovation Context
The ESG4PMChange project was presented during the meeting through:
- direct discussions with participants
- visual materials displayed at the venue
By embedding dissemination within a broader international training event, ESG4PMChange successfully reached new stakeholders in the education and training sector, strengthening its visibility and future outreach potential.
