A key milestone in the ESG4PMChange project was reached through an interactive workshop dedicated to validating and refining ESG & Project Management curricula across three educational levels – Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Executive.
Aligning Education with Real-World Needs
Organized by the UNIBO team, the session brought together project partners to collaboratively review draft syllabi and ensure their relevance, coherence, and alignment with both academic standards and industry expectations. The overarching goal was to design a structured yet flexible learning pathway for future ESG professionals.
Interactive and Collaborative Approach
The workshop combined plenary discussions with hands-on breakout sessions, where participants worked in level-specific teams. Through a series of structured activities, they:
- Prioritized learning objectives
- Refined module sequencing
- Distinguished between core and elective content
- Identified business cases and supplementary learning resources
This dynamic format enabled meaningful exchange and ensured that each syllabus reflects both academic rigor and practical applicability.
