The ESG4PMChange project was presented and promoted during the professional training “Sustainable Business in Action: Manage the Process of Creating Your ESG Report”, held in Novi Sad and organized by Energy Net DOO and Advise Institute DOO.
The training aimed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) framework and its practical application in business operations. Through a combination of expert-led sessions and hands-on workshops, the event equipped professionals with concrete tools to develop sustainable strategies, analyze ESG data, and manage the sustainability reporting process in line with regulatory and market expectations.

Building Practical ESG Competencies
The interactive workshop format combined theoretical inputs with applied exercises and open discussions, enabling participants to translate ESG concepts into real-world business scenarios. Across four structured sessions, participants:
- Gained a solid understanding of ESG principles and their core components
- Learned how to apply ESG strategies to improve business sustainability and competitiveness
- Developed skills for monitoring ESG parameters and integrating them into decision-making processes
- Enhanced their ability to communicate and visualize ESG data
- Strengthened their capacity to prepare sustainability reports aligned with current standards
Beyond its educational scope, the training also created a space for dialogue and exchange on ESG challenges across industries, reinforcing the relevance of ESG competencies for long-term business resilience.

ESG4PMChange Project Integration
A dedicated session within the training was used to introduce the ESG4PMChange Erasmus+ project, highlighting its objectives, scope, and relevance for integrating ESG principles into project management education and training. The presentation encouraged discussion on ESG-related challenges in project environments and sparked interest in future collaboration.
To further engage participants, a short survey was conducted to capture interest in upcoming ESG4PMChange activities. The survey helped identify preferred areas for deeper engagement, including future training, collaborative initiatives, mentoring opportunities, and networking within the ESG and project management community. The feedback collected will inform the design of future project activities and dissemination efforts.
