The ESG4PMChange Erasmus+ project was presented to undergraduate students at the Faculty of Economics, Business and Tourism, University of Split. The session was delivered within the Managerial Decision Making course of the Tourism Operations professional study programme.

The presentation aimed to:
- introduce the ESG4PMChange Erasmus+ project to undergraduate students,
- explain the fundamentals of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards,
- demonstrate the relevance of ESG principles in small business decision-making,
- connect the project’s themes with course content, with a focus on tourism and hospitality SMEs.

As part of the course activities, students were introduced to key ESG factors and their role in managerial decision-making processes. The presentation highlighted how ESG principles can support sustainable business practices, risk awareness, and long-term value creation, particularly in small and medium-sized enterprises operating in tourism and hospitality.
Participants were second-year undergraduate students enrolled in the Tourism Operations professional study programme. Students actively engaged in the session and showed strong interest in the topic. An interactive quiz at the end of the presentation helped reinforce key concepts related to ESG principles and the ESG4PMChange project.

The event contributed to increasing awareness of ESG-oriented project management among undergraduate students and supported the integration of sustainability topics into business education.
