The University of Thessaly presented ESG4PMChange during its ninth International Erasmus Staff Week in Volos. The university’s Office of International Educational Programmes organised the event, which brought together around 40 participants, mainly academic and administrative staff from higher education institutions in several countries.
During a session at the Department of Economics on the university’s European and international projects, the team introduced the aims and activities of ESG4PMChange. The presentation highlighted the knowledge and skills needed to apply environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles in education and project management.
The presentation sparked interest in how universities can put ESG principles into practice. Participants exchanged experiences and examples from their own institutions, discussing how these principles can inform teaching, guide project decisions and support organisational change.
