WP2: Market scanning and professional profile formulation

This WP focuses on analyzing the ESG competencies needed in project management and defining professional profiles aligned with the European job market. Activities include:
- Conducting market research and competency gap analysis.
- Developing standardized professional profiles for ESG project managers.
- Organizing workshops and stakeholder consultations.
- Creating a competency framework aligned with ESCO and EQF standards.
Curriculum Development and Digital Resource Hub
WP3: Designing and developing the learning framework

This WP develops an innovative learning framework integrating ESG principles into project management education. Key activities:
- Co-designing problem-centered curriculum models for HEIs.
- Developing a structured training program for VET providers.
- Establishing a digital resource hub with MOOCs and Open Educational Resources (OER).
- Creating a micro-credential framework for ESG project management.
Micro-Credential Framework Development and Pilot
WP4: Piloting and enhancing the learning framework
