Project Management

WP1: Project management and coordination

This WP ensures the smooth and efficient execution of the project by managing administration, finances, and communication. Key activities include:

  • Establishing project management mechanisms.
  • Ensuring compliance with EU regulations.
  • Monitoring progress and risk mitigation.
  • Facilitating collaboration among partners.
  • Organizing regular project meetings and reporting.

 

Stakeholder Engagement, Needs Analysis, and SPM² Guide Preparation

WP2: Market scanning and professional profile formulation

📅 Duration: M2 – M12 | 🎯 Lead Beneficiary: University of Information Technology and Management (Poland)

This WP focuses on analyzing the ESG competencies needed in project management and defining professional profiles aligned with the European job market. Activities include:

  • Conducting market research and competency gap analysis.
  • Developing standardized professional profiles for ESG project managers.
  • Organizing workshops and stakeholder consultations.
  • Creating a competency framework aligned with ESCO and EQF standards.

 

Curriculum Development and Digital Resource Hub

WP3: Designing and developing the learning framework

📅 Duration: M13 – M22 | 🎯 Lead Beneficiary: University of Bologna (Italy)

This WP develops an innovative learning framework integrating ESG principles into project management education. Key activities:

  • Co-designing problem-centered curriculum models for HEIs.
  • Developing a structured training program for VET providers.
  • Establishing a digital resource hub with MOOCs and Open Educational Resources (OER).
  • Creating a micro-credential framework for ESG project management.

 

Micro-Credential Framework Development and Pilot

WP4: Piloting and enhancing the learning framework

This WP tests and refines the developed learning framework through pilot programs. Activities include:

  • Piloting the curriculum across multiple universities.
  • Testing training programs for students and professionals.
  • Validating the micro-credential framework with industry participation.
  • Collecting feedback for continuous improvement.

 

Dissemination, Knowledge Sharing, and Exploitation

WP5: Quality Assurance, Monitoring, and Evaluation

This WP ensures that project activities meet high-quality standards. Key tasks:

  • Establishing a structured quality assurance framework.
