This WP ensures the smooth and efficient execution of the project by managing administration, finances, and communication. Key activities include:

WP2: Market scanning and professional profile formulation

This WP focuses on analyzing the ESG competencies needed in project management and defining professional profiles aligned with the European job market. Activities include:

Conducting market research and competency gap analysis.
Developing standardized professional profiles for ESG project managers.
Organizing workshops and stakeholder consultations.
Creating a competency framework aligned with ESCO and EQF standards.

Curriculum Development and Digital Resource Hub

WP3: Designing and developing the learning framework

📅 Duration: M13 – M22 | 🎯 Lead Beneficiary: University of Bologna (Italy)

This WP develops an innovative learning framework integrating ESG principles into project management education. Key activities:

Co-designing problem-centered curriculum models for HEIs.
Developing a structured training program for VET providers.
Establishing a digital resource hub with MOOCs and Open Educational Resources (OER).
Creating a micro-credential framework for ESG project management.

Micro-Credential Framework Development and Pilot

WP4: Piloting and enhancing the learning framework

This WP tests and refines the developed learning framework through pilot programs. Activities include:

Piloting the curriculum across multiple universities.
