Project Description

The GreenTech Horizons project aims to develop and implement an innovative competency-oriented learning ecosystem that integrates green skills, digital skills, and business acumen. This initiative supports higher education institutions (HEIs), businesses, and policymakers in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Mongolia, helping them navigate the twin transitions toward sustainability and digitalization.

SPM² seeks to bridge the gap between project management education and the evolving needs of a green economy by developing a standardized curriculum, digital resources, and a modular micro-credential system. This framework will empower higher education institutions (HEIs) and vocational education and training (VET) centers to deliver training that aligns with the EU’s Green Deal, United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and labour market expectations for sustainability-focused skills.

By fostering collaboration with industry leaders, certification bodies, and academic institutions, SPM² ensures that project management education not only responds to sustainability goals but also prepares a resilient and skilled workforce capable of leading green transitions across Europe.
