Revas designs business simulation games for educational institutions and corporate training. They focus on small business management and project management.
Small business management simulations let participants experience business & face the challenges of real entrepreneurs. They run virtual companies in one market and compete against one another for customers. Their task is to make decisions just like real managers do on the basis of market information and competitive environment analysis. They can experiment with various business strategies in a risk-free environment. Participants can run 1 of 19 available virtual business industries e.g. a travel agency, shipping company or a boutique hotel.
Project management simulation puts participants in the role of a project manager that needs to plan and execute a project (e.g. starting a new department or launching a new product) within the budget, time frame and resources set by board. Participants will face unexpected events that will affect the project’s budget or jeopardize the deadlines. Their decisions will be assessed and they will receive PM competence reports.
