Work Packages
The GreenTech Horizons project is structured into six Work Packages (WPs) to ensure smooth implementation, quality control, and effective dissemination of results. Each WP plays a crucial role in achieving the project’s goal of fostering green and digital skills through an innovative learning ecosystem.
Project Management
This WP ensures the effective coordination of all project activities, financial management, and communication among partners. It oversees project milestones, reporting, and compliance with Erasmus+ guidelines, ensuring smooth collaboration across multiple countries.
Stakeholder Engagement, Needs Analysis, and SPM² Guide Preparation
This WP focuses on developing a modern curriculum that integrates green, digital, and business skills. Based on an extensive skills gap analysis, it creates a competency-based framework that will be adapted to university programs in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Mongolia.
Curriculum Development and Digital Resource Hub
Building on WP2, this WP develops teaching materials, e-learning modules, and innovative learning platforms, including MOOCs and Open Educational Resources (OERs). It also involves equipping specialized labs for practical training in partner institutions.
Micro-Credential Framework Development and Pilot
This WP tests the newly developed curriculum in 8 HEIs across the target regions, gathering feedback from students and educators. Based on pilot results, improvements will be made to ensure that the curriculum is effective, scalable, and sustainable.
Dissemination, Knowledge Sharing, and Exploitation
To maintain high standards, WP5 establishes a quality assurance framework and continuously monitors project outcomes. It ensures that all learning materials and training programs meet educational and industry benchmarks while tracking project impact.

This WP focuses on maximizing the project’s visibility and impact by engaging stakeholders, organizing conferences, multiplier events, and webinars, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of project results through strategic communication and networking.
